Appointments

We are located close to Cherry Vale Mall; near the intersection of Perryville Road and Newburg Road in a private office park setting. The building has ample parking; has good evening lighting for safety; and is wheelchair accessible. A map of our location can be viewed here.

Office hours vary for each clinician. Hours of availability are Monday through Saturday. Sessions can be scheduled during daytime and evening hours to suit your needs. A typical session is 45-50 minutes in duration; but longer and shorter sessions are available upon request.

Appointments must be made by calling our Office Manager; Cindy Hewer at (815) 398-7000. Cindy is available to answer general questions that you may have. If she is not available to take your call, please leave a message on either Cindy’s voice mail or the confidential voice-mail of a particular clinician. We will get back to you as soon as we are available. Of course, if it is an emergency, it is necessary for you to go to an emergency room or call 911 to get immediate help.
